Academics in high school are important, but so is being mindful of your physical and mental health.  Keeping all aspects of your life balanced can be challenging.  If you ever feel that you are becoming overwhelmed or your mental state is declining please make an appointment with Mrs. Fellows.  Appointments are confidential within the boundaries of safety.

If you are not at school and you are feeling overwhelmed please speak to your parents or another trusted adult.
