The Teacher Recommendation form is NeoCity Academy Recommendation- please make sure you have a teacher who really knows your child fill this out. We really look at this for specific information. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

*Algebra 1 is REQUIRED to apply. Students must be in Algebra 1 NOW or have completed and be in Geometry. There is not an option to take it in the summer.

*Please note that we only accept 9^th graders and a limited number of 10^th graders.
