Updating Your Address

In order to update your address in FOCUS, please complete the following steps:

1. The enrolling parent can send an email to caroline.lopez@osceolaschools.net requesting an address update.
2. Include the following information and documentation in your email:
   • A request to add or update the new address in FOCUS with the Student Name and Student ID
   • A copy or photo of your valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
   • A copy of your lease agreement, mortgage statement, or other housing documentation showing your name and the new address.
   • A current utility bill (electric, water, gas, internet, etc.) showing your name and the new address.
3.  After the address has been updated in FOCUS, an email will be sent to the email on file to inform that the update has been made. Additionally, a request will be sent to transportation to update the bus route (if applicable). Please be patient as bus routes may take a few days to process.
